My desire is to help consumers learn how they can incorporate wine into others lifestyle through entertaining, tastings and food pairings, some interesting history, and lots of fun! I am fueled with passion, understanding, and appreciation for all wines. No one can tell what a wine tastes like until they open the bottle and take a sip. Until that first taste, the wine is a mystery. I would introduce your wines to pair foods by select dishes to complement the flavor of different foods.
